Tomato Yogurt
I found this and thought it sounded interesting. I've not tried it yet so I have no idea what it is like but I can imagine and it seems like a nice twist for a veggie dip. If any of you are feeling froggy with your tomato harvests, give this a shot and let me know how it turns out!
Mix 1 cup of tomato pulp left over from vegetable juicing, (you know, from that V-8 copy cat recipe I posted last year!) 1/4 cup horseradish and 2 tbs onion pulp.
Fold in 1/2 cup plain, low-fat yogurt.
Serve with raw vegetables such as cauliflower, broccoli, celery and carrots.
Yields 1 3/4 cups. Good for health and nutrition, especially your skin and general cleansing.
